Frustrated by the inconsistency and unreliability of cleaning services available, Matthew decided to take matters into his own hands. It was during a break between jobs that he had a groundbreaking idea: why not start a cleaning business dedicated solely to serving the unique needs of Airbnb hosts like himself? And so, HouseKept was born.

Matthew's roots were deeply connected to the picturesque South Coast of New South Wales, a region renowned for its high density of holiday rental homes. It was here that he saw an opportunity to turn his idea into a reality. With a mission to eliminate the stress of Airbnb cleaning and deliver a 5-star luxury hotel housekeeping experience to hosts, HouseKept set out to transform the hospitality landscape.
